Third parties whose products or services are accessible or advertised via the app may also use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your use of the Services. This is done in order to:
We also allow other third parties (e.g., ad networks and ad servers such as Google Analytics, OpenX, Pubmatic, DoubleClick, and others) to serve tailored ads to you on the app and to access their own cookies or similar technologies on your computer, mobile phone, or other device you use to access the app. We neither have access to, nor does this Privacy Policy govern, the use of cookies or other tracking technologies that may be placed by such third parties. These parties may permit you to opt out of ad targeting. If you are interested in more information about tailored advertising and how you can generally control cookies from being put on your computer to deliver tailored advertising (i.e., not just for the Services), you may visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s Consumer Opt-Out Link and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Opt-Out Link to opt-out of receiving tailored advertising from companies that participate in those programs. To opt out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising or customize Google Display Network ads, you can visit the Google Ads Settings page. Please note that to the extent advertising technology is integrated into the app, you may still receive ads even if you opt-out of tailored advertising. In that case, the ads will just not be tailored to your interests. Also, we do not control any of the above opt-out links and are not responsible for any choices you make using these mechanisms or the continued availability or accuracy of these mechanisms.
When accessing the Services from a mobile application, you may also receive tailored in-application advertisements. Each operating system (iOS, Android, and Windows Phone) provides its own instructions on how to prevent the delivery of tailored in-application advertisements. You may review the support materials and/or the privacy settings for the respective operating systems in order to opt-out of tailored in-application advertisements. For any other devices and/or operating systems, please visit the privacy settings for the applicable device or operating system or contact the applicable platform operator.
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. You can set your mobile device to refuse all or some cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, and in-app notifications from Futafut. You can log in to manage your email preferences and follow the "unsubscribe" instructions in commercial email messages, but note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative policy, service policy, or legal policy from Food Street.

We, and third parties with whom we partner, may use cookies, mobile SDK, web beacons, mobile device IDs, "flash cookies," and similar files or technologies to collect and store information in respect to your use of the app and third-party websites or apps. Cookies may be persistent or stored only during an individual session. To understand more about cookies, click here.
A pixel tag or mobile SDK (also called a web beacon or clear GIF) is a tiny graphic with a unique identifier, embedded invisibly on a webpage (or an online ad or email), and is used to count or track things like activity on a mobile screen or ad impressions or clicks, as well as to access cookies stored on users' devices. Futafut uses mobile SDK to measure the popularity of our various pages, features, and services. We also may include web beacons in email messages or newsletters to determine whether the message has been opened and for other analytics.
Third parties whose products or services are accessible or advertised through the app, including social media services, may also use cookies or similar tools, and we advise you to check their privacy policies for information about their cookies and other practices. We do not control the practices of such partners, and their privacy policies govern their interactions with you.

This could include, without limitation, any information that you have made public through your social media account, information that the social media service shares with us, or information that is disclosed during the sign-in process.
We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as partners, marketers, third-party websites, and researchers and combine that information with information which we collect from or about you.
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to their Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We have implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access to your information and to maintain data security. These safeguards take into account the sensitivity of the information that we collect, process, and store and the current state of technology. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. The third-party service providers with respect to the payment gateway and payment processing are all validated as compliant with the payment card industry standard (generally referred to as PCI compliant service providers).
We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your user name, email, phone number, PIN codes, password, or other security information for your Food Street account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name, email, or phone number and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.

Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Observing the digital trend in young kids, the mobile application is designed in a way that even minors may shop Futafut. However, we do make sure that minor activity is performed under parental permission, supervision, and/or guidance.
A minor under 13 may only create an account at Futafut if he/she is invited by a parent to the application, through our referral program. Should a minor gain access to the app without the knowledge of a guardian, he/she would be stopped at the payment section, since the app only allows digital payments and cannot be utilized by an unbanked audience.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 10. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 10 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 10 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
Minor Privacy does not apply to the practices of any third-party apps/services, actions, or websites that your child may use. Applicable terms and policies for third-party apps, actions, and sites to determine their appropriateness for your child, including their data collection and use practices, may need to be reviewed by a guardian.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
If you have any questions or suggestions about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us: info@futafut.com.
